Barney Bears biscuits can be made at home. It turns out it is much healthier and tastier, and this is the most important thing for little sweet tooth.

Mix 120 grams of wheat flour with 3 grams of baking powder, sift into a bowl.

Beat the egg into a foam, add sugar a little. While whipping, pour in 50 ml of vegetable oil and 50 ml of milk.

Add flour to the liquid mass in small portions, mix gently. The dough should be of medium thickness. If you need to thin the dough, add milk.

Put one tablespoon of dough into a cup, add cocoa and mix until smooth. If the dough is thick, then dilute it with a drop of milk.

We transfer the dough with cocoa to cornets. If necessary, grease the molds. If you wish, the groove for the paws and muzzle can also be filled with chocolate dough.

Then fill the molds with light dough. Barney bears are sold with a filling, so we spread out a third of the dough in tins, then put any filling (for example, condensed milk) and cover with the remaining dough.
