Tart with plums and frangipan is a French cuisine dish. Frangipan is an almond cream. Thanks to the plum, the tart is sour.

- - 125 g flour
- - 160 g butter
- - 125 g brown granulated sugar
- - 150 g almonds
- - 2 eggs
- - vanillin
- - 1 tbsp. l. orange liqueur
- - 7 pcs plums
- - almond petals
- - 1 egg yolk
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the almonds first. It needs to be filled with hot water for 5-7 minutes, the skin can be easily removed. Grind the almonds in a blender. Turn brown granulated sugar into powder.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. Combine butter, flour, yolk, powdered sugar, chopped almonds, 1 tbsp. cold water, mix everything until smooth and knead the dough.
Step 3
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and store in a cold place for 35-45 minutes.
Step 4
Make almond cream. Mix almond crumbs, 100 g butter, add 0.5 tbsp. l. flour, vanillin, granulated sugar, orange liqueur, egg, beat everything well and put in a cold place.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and place in a baking dish, prick with a fork. Place baking paper and peas on top of the dough. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. Then remove the peas and paper and put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the almond cream from the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 5-7 minutes. Cut the plum into wedges. Place the almond cream on the tart, top with the plums and garnish with almond petals. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
