How to decorate a festive table? How to surprise the most sophisticated guests? Moreover, so that the prepared salad is both tasty and satisfying? We offer to make a beautiful White Royal salad. Your guests will definitely not remain indifferent.
The salad will appeal to music lovers and those who simply want to eat deliciously.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken (preferably breast)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 3-4 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 10 pitted olives
- for decoration a slice of red fish or carrots and parsley
Boil the chicken. Be sure to remove the foam from the broth during cooking. Salt, add peppercorns and bay leaves. Then the meat will be fragrant. After cooling, cut into small pieces.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Cook eggs and three on a coarse grater.
Rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
Cut off small pieces from the cheese for keys 9-10 pcs (as in the photo). The remaining cheese is three on a fine grater.
Salad decoration "White Royal"
Lay out the salad in layers. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. First, lay out a large rectangle - the base of the piano. We use 2/3 ingredients.
Bottom layer - boiled chicken
2nd layer - fried mushrooms
3 - grated fresh cucumber
4 - grated boiled eggs
Now we lay out the top of the piano, this is half of our rectangle in length. Lay out the layers in the same sequence from the remaining 1/3 of the ingredients.
With a spatula, you can trim the sides to make the piano more beautiful. We coat the laid out layers with mayonnaise and sprinkle evenly with grated cheese on all sides. Including in the place where the keys will be. There you can make the cheese layer a little thinner.
We spread the pieces of cheese in place of the keys. Put halves of olives in place of the black keys. It is advisable to observe the real alternation of black keys 2-3.
The top of the piano can be decorated with a salted fish or carrot flower and a sprig of parsley.
