Ingredients:
- Sesame seed bun 2 pcs. or baguette - 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g.
- Cheese (any to taste, preferably hard) 200 g.
- Mayonnaise or sour cream 150-200 ml.
- Garlic 2-3 cloves.
- Olives.
- Lettuce, dill, parsley.
In the children's version, you can replace mayonnaise with sour cream or butter and reduce the amount of garlic.
Cooking method:
- Cut the bun into circles and, so that the pieces become crispy, put in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 minutes. You can fry each bite in a hot, non-stick skillet without oil for 1 minute on each side, but this will take longer.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater, pass the garlic through a press. Mix, add mayonnaise.
- Spread the resulting mass on the buns on top and on the sides.
- Chop the dill finely. Roll the sides of the buns over the dill.
- Cut the cherry in half and put each half on a bun.
- Cut olives into 4 pieces and make heads. Place the specks of finely chopped olives on the backs.
- Eyes can be painted with mayonnaise using a toothpick.
It is advisable to make these beautiful "Ladybug" sandwiches before serving so that the buns do not get wet and remain crispy.
