Fondant au chocolat is a delicious French melting chocolate dessert. According to some sources, it turns out that it turned out to be pouring due to the mistake of the chef, who simply did not bake the cake to the end, so it was served to the guests with a liquid center. But the resourceful French quickly got out - this is how a new dessert appeared in French cuisine. Try it too, because a delicacy is prepared in just fifteen minutes!
It is necessary
- - dark chocolate - 100 grams;
- - butter - 50 grams;
- - two eggs;
- - flour, sugar - 3 tablespoons each;
- - cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Add melted chocolate to them, stir. Add flour, stir.
Step 3
Liberally grease the molds with butter, sprinkle with cocoa powder (do not spare it!). Pour the chocolate, place in a preheated oven (200 degrees), bake for exactly seven minutes.
Step 4
Remove the tins from the oven, let stand for about seven minutes, then the chocolate fondants will easily jump out of them. So the original French dessert has turned out with a shell of tender dough and a filling of warm flowing chocolate. Bon Appetit!
