Meat with mushrooms is a fragrant, hearty dish that is simply irreplaceable in the autumn season. It can decorate any festive table or be an addition to your everyday home menu.

It is necessary

    • 500 g of pork pulp;
    • 400 g fresh champignons;
    • 150g cheese;
    • 1 onion head;
    • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
    • 3 tbsp. spoons of tomato sauce;
    • 1 egg;
    • breadcrumbs;
    • 1 teaspoon of salt;
    • 0.5 tsp pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the meat and wash it well under cold running water. Cut it across the grain into small 1, 5 cm thick pieces. Beat them a little with a culinary hammer. In a bowl, beat the egg, salt, pepper mixture and add five tablespoons of water.

Step 2

Dip the pieces of meat alternately into the egg mixture. Take a container and put the broken pieces of pork in it, try to compact them a little. Leave the meat to marinate for a while. Peel the onion and cut into large half rings. Rinse the champignons thoroughly, dry and cut into thin slices.

Step 3

Preheat a pre-oiled skillet. Add prepared mushrooms and onions, add a little salt and stir. Fry the mixture until golden brown. Once the mushrooms are ready, take them out and strain the oil well. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into thin plastics.

Step 4

In a small bowl, toss the sour cream with the tomato sauce. Add a small amount of water to make the mixture not very thick. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up. Roll the pork pieces evenly on all sides in breadcrumbs. Then put them in a preheated container and fry on both sides over medium heat until tender. If a lot of liquid comes out during frying, drain it into a cup.

Step 5

Put the meat in one layer in a baking dish, then spread the mushrooms on top. Then pour over the sour cream-tomato mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese on the dish. Place the mold in a preheated oven. Bake the meat until the cheese is completely melted. Serve hot or cold cooked meat with mushrooms.
