  • Flour - 1 tbsp. spoon (for sauce) and ½ cup (for dough);
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • Broth (beef) - 300 g;
  • Tomato paste - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Egg - 1 pc.

Step 1

It is advisable to take the meat tenderloin, preferably fresh. It needs to be chopped into cubes and fried in a pan until half cooked.

Step 2

Potatoes must be peeled and cut in the same way as meat. The onion is peeled and cut in half rings or finely, depending on taste. These ingredients must be fried in a pan.

Step 3

Porcini mushrooms are pre-soaked and boiled. Then they should be crushed into strips.

Step 4

After preparing the ingredients, you should tackle the sauce. For this, flour is fried in a dry pan, tomato paste, butter, sour cream are added. All you need to mix thoroughly, salt and pour in the broth. The sauce is cooked until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Further, the ingredients prepared in advance are evenly laid out in the pots, the recipe is designed for 4 servings. You need to salt everything and pour the sauce. The edge of the pots is coated with a beaten egg.
