Pineapples make the cake light, airy and undoubtedly delicious. The recipe for this cake is very easy to prepare, and a minimum of products is required.

- - soda (slaked)
- - canned pineapple rings
- - whipped cream

Step 1
Beat sugar with eggs. The sugar should completely dissolve, the mixture should turn white, this may take up to 10 minutes. The mass should rise slightly.

Whisk, slowly add flour, add baking soda and vinegar.

You can go in several ways - either divide the mass into 3 parts and bake each separately, or bake the cake completely and then cut it. In any case, grease the baking sheet with oil, pour the dough into it and put it in the oven at 180 degrees. You need to bake the cakes until cooked. You can check it by sticking a match into the cake. If it comes out dry and clean, the cake is ready, if not, then you need to hold it still. The whole crust is cooked for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cakes from the oven, cool slightly. If there is one cake, then cut it into several pieces lengthwise. Lay out the first crust, pour a little pineapple juice over it, spread the pineapples in an even layer, add whipped cream, do the same with the rest of the parts. Pour whipped cream over the top crust, top with a few pineapple slices for decoration.
