An elementary dish, very quick to prepare, but not less tasty. Dumplings are small pieces of tender dough, and a delicious cherry sauce gives them a special taste and aroma.
It is necessary
- - 255 g flour;
- - salt, soda;
- - 55 g of sugar;
- - 95 ml sour cream;
- - 325 g cherries;
- - 45 g of corn starch.
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and add sour cream to them. Knead the dough, mix thoroughly, beat it and then leave for about 55 minutes, covering the top with cling film.
Step 2
Rinse the cherries, remove all seeds from them, transfer to a small saucepan, pour about one glass of water and 65 g of sugar into it.
Step 3
Put a saucepan on fire, boil and then add cornstarch, previously diluted in a little water, into it.
Step 4
After the cherry has boiled a little, reduce the heat, remove from the stove after 6 minutes.
Step 5
Boil water in a deep saucepan and add salt to it. From the finished dough, mold small balls and throw them into boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Step 6
Then drain the water, grease the prepared dumplings with butter and serve on the table, pouring aromatic cherry sauce on top.
