Julienne prepared according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty due to the fact that it combines all the recipes. It can be used as an independent dish or stuffed with julienne pancakes, although this is a rather painstaking work.
It is necessary
- - 15 ready-made pancakes;
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - 300 grams of champignons;
- - several chicken breasts;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 2 tbsp. l. sour cream 20 percent;
- - ground pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. Wash and chop the champignons.
Step 2
Boil a few chicken breasts, cool and cut the fillets into small cubes.
Step 3
Put a frying pan on fire, pour in refined vegetable oil. Toss the chopped onion into a hot skillet and fry until tender.
Step 4
Add mushrooms to the pan, salt and simmer for ten minutes. Add chicken fillet, mix well, simmer until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
Step 5
After all the liquid from meat and mushrooms has boiled away, add sour cream, fry for five minutes. Pepper, salt.
Step 6
Cool the finished julienne. Place a few teaspoons on the edge of the pancake, wrap the filling.
