Turkey meat turns out to be deliciously tasty and tender due to the fact that it is cooked almost in its own juice. And the addition of citrus and white wine marinade gives this dish a special charm.
It is necessary
- - 820 g of turkey;
- - 315 g lime;
- - 185 ml of dry white wine;
- - 35 g brown sugar;
- - greens;
- - 85 ml lemon juice;
- - 150 g of sugar.

Step 1
Wash the lime and cut into thin slices. Rinse the greens thoroughly, dry and chop.
Step 2
Wash the turkey meat, dry and cut into small pieces. Then rub each bite with salt and pepper and any poultry seasoning (optional).
Step 3
Take a special non-stick baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and put prepared lime circles in it. Then put the chopped greens on top of them, and put the pieces of turkey meat on it.
Step 4
Preheat the oven properly and place the turkey dish in it for about 65 minutes.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix lemon juice with white wine and sugar. Remove the turkey from the oven and pour over the cooked mixture, cover it with foil and put it back in the oven for another 35 minutes.
