This cake is prepared quickly, a quick recipe, it turns out to be unusually tasty. Sweet tooth and children will especially appreciate it. It turns out a sponge cake with condensed milk cream, decorated with chocolate fondant and marshmallow on top.

It is necessary

  • For twelve servings (1 whole cake):
  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 700 g of marshmallows;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 50 g of oil;
  • - 1/2 cup sugar;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of milk, cocoa powder.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a biscuit. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, bake on parchment in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Then chill the biscuit, cut into 2 equal parts. If you want the crust to turn out more juicy, soak it with any sweet syrup.

Step 2

Prepare the fondant. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 50 g butter, 3 tablespoons each of cocoa powder and milk. Stir everything so that there are no lumps, bring the mass to a boil - you get a pulling mass. Refrigerate to warm temperature.

Step 3

Prepare the cream. Mix boiled condensed milk with room temperature butter. Beat for about 15 minutes to get a homogeneous thick mass.

Step 4

Now it remains to collect a beautiful cake. Smear one biscuit cake with cream, put marshmallow, divided into halves, on it in a circle, then coat with cream on top so that the marshmallow is not visible from above. Put in the second cake layer, coat the sides and top of the cake with the remaining cream, there should be enough cream on top! Put the marshmallow on top, squeezing it with your hands a little, pour it abundantly with sweet fudge. Leave the Bear Treat cake to soak for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
