My every birthday is always a new cake. Some people think that cooking for such an important celebration according to an untested recipe is a risk. But there is no way without risk! And I have never regretted it.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 2 cups,
  • - butter - 200 g (+100 g for cream),
  • - egg - 2 pcs.,
  • - baking powder for dough - 1 sachet,
  • - sugar - 100 g,
  • - sour cream (20%) - 1, 5 cups,
  • - black chocolate - 200 g,
  • - vanillin to taste,
  • - cocoa powder - 2 tsp,
  • - boiled condensed milk - 100 g.
  • For mastic:
  • - marshmallows - 100 g,
  • - butter - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • - yellow food coloring,
  • - icing sugar - 300 g,
  • - decorative ribbon for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind softened butter with sugar until white. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly. Add the beaten eggs to the butter. Whisking, pour in sour cream, add flour and baking powder, vanillin and at the end add melted (but not hot!) Chocolate.

Step 2

Place the dough in a pre-greased cake pan and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about half an hour. Cut the finished cake in half and coat with cream (butter + condensed milk + cocoa powder).

Step 3

Coat also on top with cream. Put the marshmallows in a bowl, add the butter and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the icing sugar, food coloring and stir until the mixture looks like plasticine. Roll out, cut out the petals with a mold and shape the daisies. Pour melted chocolate into the center of each. Decorate the cake with daisies. Tie it with decorative tape.
