Autumn is the harvest time for apples. Apples can be used to make many different and delicious dishes. One of the most common is charlotte. It can be prepared in a new way.
3 eggs, 250 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 4 large sweet apples, 150 g butter, a little salt, 1 tbsp. l. icing sugar, 190 g sugar.
Soften the butter and grind with a fork in a bowl. Add sugar. We take the mixer. Beat everything well until you get an airy and fluffy mass. Gradually, one at a time, add the eggs and beat again. Add baking powder to the flour and mix it into the dough.
We wash the apples, peel them and remove the core. Cut into two identical halves. On the convex side of the apple with a knife, we make several cuts at the same distance (we do not cut through to the end).
Put baking paper on the bottom of the split form. Pour the dough into the mold. We distribute the apples so that they are on the dough with the convex side up in the form of a flower. You can sprinkle the charlotte on top with cinnamon, sugar, nuts.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake until tender, about 40 minutes. After that, remove the charlotte and cool. Decorate the charlotte with powdered sugar before serving.
