It is necessary

  • - 500 g of champignons;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - half a large carrot;
  • - Bulgarian pepper (red, yellow, green), half of each type;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. 9% vinegar;
  • - 2 tsp Sahara;
  • - 0.5 tsp coriander;
  • - 1 tsp sesame;
  • - 4 sprigs of parsley;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - salt and ground red pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut fresh mushrooms into thin slices. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then discard them in a colander and rinse under running cold water. Put the boiled mushrooms in a deep bowl and add soy sauce to them, then stir and leave the mushrooms to marinate for 40 minutes.

Step 2

While the mushrooms are pickling, you can start preparing the vegetables. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings, bell peppers of different colors into long and thin strips. Grate the carrots with a special Korean carrot grater. Fry all prepared vegetables for about 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Put the fried vegetables in a bowl, add to them garlic, previously passed through a press, as well as vinegar, pepper, sugar and spices.

Step 4

Stir all the ingredients and put them in a bowl of mushrooms. Chop fresh parsley, add to mushrooms, mix and salt to taste.

Step 5

Place the pickled mushrooms in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. After this time, you can serve a fragrant and tasty mushroom snack on the table.
