- - 1 kg of fresh shrimp;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 1/4 cup dry white wine;
- - 2-3 cm of fresh ginger root;
- - 10 cloves of garlic;
- - a bunch of fresh cilantro;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - black pepper, salt, lemon juice.

Step 1
Peel the shrimp from the shells (you can leave the bones for beauty), rinse in running water, dry with paper towels. Peel the garlic, chop finely. Peel the ginger root, rinse, rub on a fine grater. Rinse fresh cilantro, blot the herbs with napkins, chop with a sharp knife.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ginger and garlic, stir, fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Put the prepared peeled shrimps in the garlic-ginger oil, fry them until golden brown. Just do not fry for a long time, otherwise they will taste rubbery.
Step 3
Add butter to shrimp and ginger-garlic frying, pour in the specified amount of white wine. Bring to a boil, immediately remove the shrimp from the stove. Add lemon juice to the shrimp to taste, sprinkle with chopped cilantro (can be replaced with parsley), stir, immediately serve the appetizer. Delicious ginger prawns go well with Italian pasta.
