Schnitzel is a large, flat cutlet. It is prepared not only from minced meat, but also on the basis of finely ground minced meat of lamb, pork, turkey or chicken breast. The appearance of the schnitzel is very similar to the chop, but the taste of these dishes is very different.

- - 30 gr. drinking water;
- - 1 kg. minced meat;
- - 4 things. chicken eggs;
- - 150 gr. flour;
- - fresh parsley and dill;
- - 1 glass of light beer;
- - ground black pepper;
- - 15 gr. refined oil;
- - salt.

Step 1
Salt the cooled ready-made minced meat and add one egg, water, pepper to it and mix with your hands. Before grating raw potatoes on a fine grater, they should be washed and peeled from the tubers. Potatoes are used to add tenderness and splendor to minced meat.
Step 2
Having made the minced meat, we proceed to the preparation of the batter. Pour beer into an enamel container, put flour, pepper, vegetable oil, salt and 3 egg whites whipped with a mixer until thick foam. Stir all ingredients until smooth. The resulting batter should stand for 10 minutes.
Step 3
One of the final stages of making schnitzel is the formation of thin and large flat cakes from minced meat. Before frying in a preheated pan with oil, it is necessary to dip the formed cakes into batter. Schnitzel is fried on both sides over medium heat until a pleasant golden orange color appears.
