An extremely gourmet breakfast can be made with a simple egg schnitzel. The preparation method of this dish is very simple, and the result is very pleasing to the eye and stomach.

We soak the loaf in half a glass of milk, after which we cook the minced meat according to the standard scheme: we scroll the meat, onion and the loaf through a meat grinder, salt, pepper, add hops-suneli.

Add milk from the soaked roll to the resulting minced meat, mix the resulting mixture, then add 1 egg and mix again.

We make boat-shaped cutlets from the minced meat and put them on a baking sheet, abundantly greased with oil.

With the help of a spoon in a meat "boat" we make a depression and send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for half an hour.

Pour the cheese into the grooves of the resulting schnitzels, after grating it, and break the egg there.
