To prepare 8 servings you will need:

  • pork - 700 g (you can take any other meat)
  • roll - 100 g
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • onion - 1 pc. large
  • 1 egg in minced meat
  • 8 eggs in the filling
  • cheese - 150 g
  • salt, pepper, suneli hops, herbs - to taste

Preparation:

  1. First, prepare the minced meat. Soak the loaf in milk. It is better if the bun is stale so that the finished schnitzels do not sour.
  2. Scroll the meat, onions and rolls through a meat grinder (or grind in a blender). Salt, add pepper and suneli hops. Add the egg and mix thoroughly until smooth. If the minced meat is very steep, add milk from the roll.
  3. Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with oil or use a baking mat. We take a whole palm of minced meat and sculpt a cutlet with a depression in the middle (in the form of a boat) and put it on a baking sheet. Increase the depression with a spoon. We put the schnitzels in the oven for 20 minutes.
