Instructions

Step 1

Cooking biscuit dough. Beat sugar with eggs until thick white foam. Add the potato starch to the flour and mix. Then combine the mixture of sugar and eggs with flour and beat well with a whisk. The dough is ready.

Step 2

Pour the dough into a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. We put in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Put the chilled biscuit on the table and cut out circles from it.

Step 3

Whip the cream with sugar, add the gelatin diluted in warm water and beat well again. The resulting cream is applied to biscuit cakes using a pastry bag.

Put pineapple slices on top of the cream.

Cover the filling with a second round of biscuit and decorate again with cream and pineapple slices. Decorate the whole product with jam from above with a pastry bag.
