  • - gelatin - 10 g

  • - dry white wine - 100 ml
  • - cherry syrup - 65 ml
  • - cream - 120 ml

Step 1

According to the main recipe, knead the shortbread dough.

We wrap the dough in foil or cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.

Then we roll out the dough in a thin layer and put it on a baking sheet or frying pan greased in advance with oil. Put parchment paper on top and cover everything with peas so that the dough does not rise.

We send the baking sheet with the dough into a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then we get rid of the peas and parchment and leave the dough to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Boil the cream in a saucepan with powdered sugar and melt the remaining butter and chocolate (in pieces) in the mixture. Let the cream cool, fill it with the hardened filling and send the cake to the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours. Then the cake will be ready!
