It is necessary

- - 400 g flour
- - 20 g yeast
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 40 g butter
- - 4 eggs
- - 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For decoration:
- - 50 g roasted peanuts
- - 50 g poppy seeds
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of cumin

Step 1
Dough preparation:
- Pour warm milk into the dishes and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Then we add salt, sugar, egg, butter to the flour and knead the dough, adding milk with dissolved yeast to it.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes and put it in a warm place for fermentation.
- When the dough comes up, we knead and put it back in a warm place to rise.
Step 2
Put the matched dough on the table sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll them into balls. We put the buns on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and leave for 20 minutes to rise.
Step 3
We grease the products with a beaten egg, sprinkle with peanuts, caraway seeds, poppy seeds and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
