Step 1
If using dried figs, rinse them thoroughly and remove the dried stalks. Place in a deep bowl or bowl for dessert. Pour the apricot juice over the figs and refrigerate for 10 hours.
Step 2
If you chose fresh figs for dessert, then it must be rinsed and cut into four equal parts. Then put the fruits in a bowl for dessert, fill with apricot juice. To enhance the taste, it is recommended to add a little lemon juice. The figs should be soaked for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the almonds and fry them in a pan without adding oil. Remove the nuts from the fire after the appearance of the aroma and golden crust.
Step 4
Put the figs covered in juice over low heat, bring to a boil and cool. Spread the mixture evenly over the molds or bowls. Top with whipped cream, garnish with toasted almonds. Add mint leaves if desired.
