  • - pecans - 200 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 glass;
  • - whiskey - 100 ml;
  • - baking powder - 2 tablespoons;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - ground nutmeg - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • - salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • - sugar - 2 cups.

Instructions

Step 1

Transfer the dried figs to a saucepan and cover with 2 cups of water. Put on fire and cook, covered with a lid, until it becomes soft, that is, for 35-40 minutes. Then place it in a blender or food processor. Add vanillin and whiskey to it. Mix these ingredients and chop until puree.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and put the nuts into it for about 8-10 minutes. Thus, they will become a little drier. After this procedure, allow them to cool down. Then grind until flour.

Step 3

Combine the following foods in a loose bowl: baking powder, flour, salt and baking soda, as well as nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.

Mix sunflower oil with granulated sugar and chicken eggs. Beat the resulting mixture thoroughly until its consistency becomes like a cream, that is, about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Mix the resulting sugar-egg mass with fig puree. Whisk with a mixer, gradually adding the flour mixture. Knead the dough, then add the chopped nuts to it. Stir well and place on a greased baking dish.

Step 6

Send the dough pan to the oven for about 75 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods and remove from the mold. The fig and whiskey pecan pie is ready!
