Chicken meat, marinated and properly seasoned, makes an excellent tasty dish. And you can cook it not only in the fresh air, on the grill, but also at home.
Chicken fillet shashlik in tomato paste on skewers is prepared as follows. Prepare 400 grams of chicken fillet, a tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, vegetable oil and black pepper. For the marinade, mix the tomato paste with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Wash the fillet, drain, cut into cubes. Stir them with the marinade and refrigerate for 3-5 hours. The meat must be strung on skewers. Fry the resulting kebabs in a pan over high heat. You need to fry each side, about 2 minutes per one. After that, you can serve kebabs on skewers to the table.
Chicken legs marinated for barbecue or roasting
Chicken meat baked in marinade turns out to be surprisingly tasty. You will need 8 chicken drumsticks, turnip onions - 5 pieces, 250 grams of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of nine percent vinegar, barbecue spices - a teaspoon, black pepper, salt, one large apple, vegetable oil.
Wash chicken legs. Cut the onion into rings and place in a bowl. Remember it with your hands so that the juice goes. Add spices, salt, stir and put the legs there. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
Marinated legs can be fried on the grill, laying on the wire rack, or baked in the oven. Turn on the oven. Wash the apple, cut into pieces. Cover a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the chicken legs there and sprinkle the apple on top. Then lay a layer of onions, pour over the marinade.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Once every 20 minutes, take out the form and lightly pour the marinade. Serve the cooked chicken with a vegetable side dish.
