It is necessary

  • - 900 g beef pulp;
  • - 100-120 ml of olive oil;
  • - 2 tbsp. bread crumbs;
  • - 2 bunches of greens (dill, parsley);
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 600 g of beans (green beans);
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. mustard;
  • - add salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 1 can of peeled tomatoes.

Instructions

Step 1

Warm up the cabinet with the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the beef fillet well, dry it, salt and pepper. Then fry on all sides until golden brown in two tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 2

Rinse greens, dry, remove stalks. Chop the greens. Stir in mustard and breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Spread the mixture over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.

Step 4

Decorate the beans with fine slices. Chop the onion, garlic and fry in the remaining olive oil. Transfer the tomatoes without juice, pre-salt and pepper, simmer for about 10 minutes.
