You can make original and very satisfying rolls from crab sticks in just half an hour. You need a minimum of ingredients, and the result will pleasantly surprise you. At the same time, the rolls are juicy and have a pleasant taste.

  • - vegetable oil (30 ml);
  • –Pure warm water.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a deep frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil and fry the minced meat, pre-salt to taste. Place the minced meat in a separate bowl to cool. Chop the dill in advance and also leave it in a separate bowl for a while.

Step 2

First, you need to unpack each crab stick and put it in a container of warm water. This must be done in order for the crab stick to heat up and become more elastic.

Take a clean cutting board and gently unfold the crab stick. Next, open the package of cheese and place one plate on the crab stick. The next layer is minced meat, which must be evenly leveled. Finally, sprinkle the filling with chopped dill.

At the same time, shake the egg with a little salt in a deep bowl, and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Roll the filled crab stick and dip in the egg. Dip in breadcrumbs and place in a skillet preheated with oil. Fry the rolls for about 5-7 minutes, turning constantly.
