It is necessary
- - 400-500 g of chicken fillet;
- - 100-150 g of cheese (variety of your choice);
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- - salt, pepper, herbs to taste;
- - 100 ml of broth (milk or water);
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken fillet with a food processor or knife.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the meat.
Step 3
Beat the egg in a separate bowl, add salt, season and beat lightly with a fork. Pour 1-2 tablespoons into the mixture. sifted flour and mix again.

Add vegetable oil to the frying pan and remove to heat on the hotplate.
Step 5
Roll the minced meat into balls and roll in flour. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, then pour over the cooked broth. Reduce heat and simmer patties for 5 minutes in a covered skillet.
Step 6
If the liquid has not evaporated in 5 minutes, open the pan and turn the heat up.
