The simplest breakfast dish is an omelet. But it can become unusual and incredibly tasty. And for this you only need additional ingredients, for example, chicken and mushrooms. Such a hearty breakfast will give extra strength in the morning.

- - champignons 300 g

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces. Rinse and chop the mushrooms.

Pour the prepared ingredients with water and simmer over the fire until tender, adding spices, chopped onions.

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat everything separately with a whisk, then mix thoroughly and salt a little.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Put rice on the bottom and pour over the egg mass. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
