Shukets are a French cuisine dish. They are made with filler in the dough. It turns out a very tasty treat. Shukets are great as an appetizer with wine.

Step 1
First, grate the cheese. Then combine water, butter, milk in a saucepan, and salt to taste. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add all the flour in a small stream, stir until smooth. Knead the dough without removing from the heat.

Remove the dough from the heat, add the egg, when the egg is completely mixed in, add the following. Then add the cheese.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spoon out the dough, leaving a distance of at least 5 cm between the shukets.

Place the shukets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove the shukets from the oven and leave to cool. Serve chilled.
