Milk mushroom is a small white granules (5 - 6 mm in diameter at the initial stage of development) and is a product of the interaction of yeast and lactic acid sticks. The drink he produces has a unique chemical composition, which greatly surpasses the properties of ordinary kefir and, with regular use, is able to cure (and prevent) many diseases.

Instructions

Step 1

The drink obtained with the help of milk fungus has unique properties. It restores the intestinal microflora, suppresses putrefactive and pathogenic bacteria, promotes the elimination of heavy metals, activates the immune system, smooths out allergic reactions, etc. The process of obtaining healing kefir is not difficult, although the mushroom itself requires constant attention and care. Once a day, the milk fungus is poured with milk. After 17 - 20 hours, ready-made kefir is drained, the fungus is washed and again poured with milk.

Step 2

However, in order to keep the milk mushroom in a biologically active state for a long time, i.e. healthy and capable of producing a valuable drink, certain care rules are required. Do not put a lid on the milk mushroom jar. The fungus is a living organism and it needs oxygen, otherwise it will die.

Step 3

Pour room temperature milk over the mushroom. Boil and cool "live milk" before use.

Step 4

Use glass jars to contain the milk mushroom. You can only wash them with soda.

Step 5

Do not expose the container to the light. Find a dark but warm place for it. At temperatures below 17 degrees, mold may develop.

Step 6

Always drain the resulting kefir on time and rinse the milk mushroom with water at room temperature, otherwise it may die. If you need to leave for 2 - 3 days, place the mushroom in a 3-liter jar, fill it with half of the milk and water, put it in a warm place. The resulting drink is suitable for external use.

Step 7

Do not use metal objects in the process of caring for the fungus, it can get sick.

Step 8

Remove large grains periodically, as they are empty inside and completely useless.

Step 9

If your milk fungus gets sick (mucus or an unpleasant sour smell, the taste of the drink has changed), you can still try to keep it. Wash the fungus in a 5% salicylic or boric acid solution and then dry. Take out the diseased grains.

Step 10

If you want to take a long break, but at the same time preserve the milk fungus, then you will have to take care of it, as before, otherwise it will die. However, there is information (not verified) that milk mushroom can be frozen for long-term storage. After thawing, it begins to function normally within a few days. However, it should be emphasized once again that 'this is not verified information.
