From fatty thick sour cream, you can get delicate creams and mousses, you can also use sour cream to prepare various types of dough. Most often, this product is placed in muffins and biscuits. Pies with sour cream are also delicious.
Cupcake "Marble"
For a family tea party, meeting with girlfriends or just like that, you can bake a delicious cupcake. You need to prepare the following ingredients:
- sugar - ½ cup;
- raw eggs - 3 pieces;
- walnuts (chopped) - ½ cup;
- black chocolate - 100 grams;
- flour - 2 glasses;
- baking powder - ½ teaspoon;
- icing sugar;
- sour cream - 2/3 cup;
- condensed milk - 2/3 cup;
- cocoa - 1 tsp;
- butter - 120 grams;
- fresh berries for decoration.
Whisk raw eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Add sour cream, condensed milk and melted butter to the mixture, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour baking powder into flour, mix, and then sift the resulting composition through a sieve directly into the egg mass. Then knead the dough.
Divide the resulting mass into two parts and add crushed walnuts, cocoa powder and a part of chocolate (70 grams) to one of the parts, mix all the ingredients well.
Take a special muffin pan and brush it with butter, then line it with baking paper. Put the dough in the form with a spoon - light and dark, one spoon at a time, until the dough ends and strictly in the center of the form, so that beautiful stains are obtained.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in advance, place the cake in it and bake for 50 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods gradually, keep the cake in the form for about 20 minutes, and then put it out and leave to cool completely. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar, garnish with mint leaves and any berries.
Apple pie
An excellent pie can be baked from fruits, including apples. To prepare this pastry, you need to take:
- flour - 2 ½ cups;
- creamy margarine - 200 grams;
- sour cream - ½ cup;
- sugar - 1 ½ cups;
- baking soda - ½ teaspoon;
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- vanilla sugar - sachet;
- sour apples - 1 kg.
Prepare the dough for the pie: mash the margarine with ½ cup of sugar, then add the required amount of flour, half a cup of sour cream and vanilla sugar. Quench the soda in vinegar and also add it to the dough, mix the whole mass and get a dough of a uniform consistency.
Divide the finished dough into two equal parts, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Roll the slightly chilled dough into two layers. Place one on a baking sheet that is pre-oiled and sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs.
Now take care of the apples. Rinse and cut the peel, remove the core with the seeds and then grate the pulp on a coarse grater or cut into small strips, let the apple juice drain. Mix the apple mixture with a glass of sugar. You can add a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
Put the apple mass on a rolled out layer of dough, cover with a second layer and beautifully fasten the edges, you can decorate them with a pigtail. Bake the apple pie at a moderate temperature until tender, then refrigerate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
