Wine, compotes, desserts are most often prepared from grapes, but this berry is used less often in salads. Although the salad with grapes according to this recipe is obtained with a pleasant sweet and sour aftertaste.

- - 30 g of green salad;

- - 1 onion;
- - 10 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 ml vinegar;
- - 2 g of mustard;
- - 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil;

Step 1
Rinse the lettuce leaves; any crispy variety is best for this recipe. Shake off the water from the salad, tear it with your hands into large enough pieces.

Remove the grapes from the sprig, rinse, dry. Of course, it is better to take seedless grapes, but if you do not have one, then cut each berry in half and remove all the seeds so that they do not overshadow the meal.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. You can take red onions - they look better in a salad. If you have white onions, pour boiling water over it to remove excess bitterness.
Step 4
Take a piece of hard cheese, rub it on a coarse grater. Now you can mix the cheese with the previously prepared onions, lettuce and grapes. Place in a deep salad bowl.
Step 5
Prepare a light salad dressing by mixing mustard with vinegar and vegetable oil. You can replace the vinegar with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season with pepper and salt to taste, beat lightly with a fork.
Step 6
Pour the prepared salad with grapes with dressing, put it in the refrigerator to infuse for at least 20 minutes. Then you can serve. You can prepare your salad dressing in advance and store it in a tight-fitting jar for several days.
