In the spring and summer, you want something vitamin, fresh and beautiful. Prepare a salad with avocado and black grapes - this fruity dish will decorate and diversify your table both on holidays and on weekdays.

It is necessary

  • For the salad:
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 20 pcs. black grapes;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • - a handful of pine nuts;
  • - arugula salad.
  • For refueling:
  • - half a red onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of white wine vinegar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of grain mustard;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat a dry skillet, sprinkle pine nuts on it, fry them until golden brown. Instead of pine nuts, almond petals are also suitable for this recipe.

Step 2

Combine olive oil with wine vinegar, honey (use liquid), mustard in a deep bowl. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Peel the red onion, finely chop half, send to the dressing, mix everything again. This salad dressing can be stored for several days in the refrigerator, it can be prepared in advance. It is suitable for many vegetable or fruit salads.

Step 3

Rinse the lettuce, pat dry on paper towels, and place on a serving plate. In the future, it will be necessary to lay out a ready-made salad with avocado and black grapes on them.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into slices, drizzle with fresh lemon juice to prevent the slices from turning black. Place the avocado on top of the lettuce leaves.

Step 5

Rinse the black grapes, cut each berry in half and place on top of the avocado. Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
