An amazing delicacy, a combination of two types of chocolate and delicate berry and curd cream. The composition is completed with liqueur filling, which gives the dessert a unique taste.
It is necessary
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- -200 g flour;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 100 ml. cream;
- - 2 tbsp. berries;
- - 50 g of white chocolate;
- - 50 g milk chocolate;
- - 3 tbsp. gelatin;
- - 3 tbsp. liquor;
- - 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream and 6 tbsp. Sahara. Whisk the berries and 3 tbsp. Sahara.
Step 2
Divide the resulting mass in two. Add berry mass and melted white chocolate to one. Add melted milk chocolate and cocoa to the other.
Step 3
Soak gelatin and add to both creams. Whisk the egg yolks and whites separately with the sugar. Add flour to the yolks. Then send the whipped egg whites to them. Pour into a mold and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Pour berry cream on the cake, set in the cold to freeze. Drizzle with chocolate cream and refrigerate again. Place the berries beautifully on top of the cake.
Step 5
Combine liquor, water, and gelatin. Pour the filling over the cake and send it back to the cold until it solidifies.
