Perhaps, there is no dish in Russian cuisine that is more popular and more versatile than dumplings. Not a single holiday is complete without dumplings, and on a weekday it is not very long to cook stuck and frozen dumplings. Of course, now this product can be bought in any store, but homemade products cannot be compared.

- - 1200 ml of meat broth
- - 365 g flour
- - 80 g of milk
- - 1 egg

Instructions
Step 1
Mix until smooth, 80 milliliters of milk, water and one egg.
Step 2
Put the flour on the table in a slide, make a depression in it and pour in the milk-egg mixture. Salt. Knead a soft dough. Add more flour to the dough and knead the dough until elastic. Wrap the dough with foil or put it in a plastic bag and leave for one hour at room temperature.
Step 3
Peel the onion and chop finely. Pass the meat through a meat grinder and mix with onions. Salt the minced meat, add ground pepper and 100 milliliters of water, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Separate a third of the dough, sprinkle with flour, roll thinly into a large cake. Cut the layer with a thin glass into circles of about 7 centimeters. Put the filling on the mugs with a teaspoon, fasten the edges and sprinkle with flour. Roll the remaining dough into another layer and repeat the operation.
Step 5
Bring the broth to a boil, salt, add pepper, bay leaf.
Step 6
Boil the dumplings in portions in boiling broth for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Serve dumplings with broth and sour cream.
