  • - lamb (fillet) - 300 g;
  • - white bread - 2 slices;
  • - onions - 3 heads;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground white pepper - 0.5 tsp;
  • - parsley (greens) - 30 g;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

The bread must be soaked in cold water for 3-5 minutes. We drain the water, squeeze out the excess liquid from the bread.

Step 2

Peel the onion (2 heads), finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop the parsley.
