- - lamb (fillet) - 300 g;
- - white bread - 2 slices;
- - onions - 3 heads;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground white pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- - parsley (greens) - 30 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
The bread must be soaked in cold water for 3-5 minutes. We drain the water, squeeze out the excess liquid from the bread.
Step 2
My meat, cut into pieces. We pass through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Peel the onion (2 heads), finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Chop the parsley.
Step 4
We mix bread, onion, minced meat, parsley, egg, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. We form from the resulting mass of cakes (the size of a palm), put on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil.
Step 5
Cut the last head of onion into rings and put it on a meat cake. Peel the carrots, cut them into rings, spread them around the meat. We put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 6
