Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in 100 ml of warm water. It is necessary that they completely dissolve. Add some sugar and flour and leave for 15-20 minutes. This will create a base for the dough, which will help to shorten the holding time.
Step 2
Add the base that was prepared earlier to 150 ml of water. Mix thoroughly, add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Pour flour into the mixture. It is necessary to grind everything to a homogeneous consistency and leave the dough for 1-1, 5 hours to ferment.
Step 3
Apples should be peeled and seeds removed. Grate on a fine grater.
Step 4
Add the grated apples to the dough and mix. The consistency of the dough should be similar to sour cream.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the pancakes with a spoon (1 tablespoon of dough - 1 pancake). Fry until browned and turn over to the other side.
