In the hot summer season, you always want to feast on something light and tasty. I suggest you make a fruit dessert with melon and nectarine.
It is necessary
- - melon - 800 g;
- - nectarines - 4 pcs;
- - lemon juice - 4 tablespoons;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - couscous - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the melon into 2 parts and chop one of them into small cubes. With the nectarines, do the following: wash thoroughly and remove the seeds. Leave one nectarine and cut the rest into pieces.
Step 2
Place the following ingredients in a saucepan: melon, nectarines, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Put the resulting mixture on the stove and cook over low heat until it boils. After boiling the mass, slightly increase the heat and cook for another 10 minutes. The chopped fruit should soften.
Step 3
Transfer the softened fruit to a blender and chop until puree. Then add couscous to them. Stir the resulting mixture thoroughly, then cover with a lid and do not touch until it cools completely.
Step 4
Put the resulting mass in glass glasses. Cut the remaining nectarine into equal pieces, and cut out the volumetric figures in the form of balls from the melon. Garnish with sliced fruit. Melon and nectarine dessert is ready!
