Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes, put in a saucepan, pour water and put on fire. When boiling, foam begins to form, remove the foam from the broth with a spoon with holes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. We peel the bulbs and finely chop them. Wash carrots, peel, and three on a fine grater. When the broth is ready, send the diced potatoes there. Then put onions and carrots in the soup. If your cauliflower is fresh, then wash it and cut it into small inflorescences, if it is frozen and its inflorescences are large cuts into small ones and send to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and lay in the bay leaf.

Rinse the parsley under running water, dry and chop finely. When the vegetables in the soup are ready, you can pour the parsley into it. Cut the processed cheese into small cubes and place in the broth with constant stirring until the cheese is completely dissolved. Cheese soup with cauliflower is ready.
