Croutons are small flavored croutons. They are usually prepared from several types of bread. The method for making a crispy addition to first courses is very simple.

Step 1
Make croutons. Remove the crust from the bread slices. Cut the pulp into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil with a little chopped garlic. Then put the blanks in a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese. Bring the croutons to readiness in the oven for a few minutes.
Step 2
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil in lightly salted water until tender. In a separate container, dissolve two tablespoons of flour in warm water and stir until smooth. Add the flour mixture to the cabbage a few minutes until tender.
Step 3
Mash the contents of the pan using a mixer. Set aside a few cabbage inflorescences. Season the prepared puree soup with vegetable oil, add black pepper and salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil again. Put whole cauliflower inflorescences and finely chopped greens into the finished soup.
Step 4
Serve the croutones with the cauliflower soup on a separate plate. Fragrant croutons should be added to the plate immediately before eating the dish. Otherwise, the crunchy texture will disappear and the croutons will dissolve in the broth.
