    • Flour - 1, 5 tablespoons
    • Butter - 4 tablespoons
    • Chicken or meat broth - 2.5 cups
    • Onions - 1 medium-sized head
    • Cream - 2/3 cup
    • Chicken egg - 2 pieces
    • Cheese to taste
    • Nutmeg - to taste
    • Green onions to taste
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the head of cabbage well in cold water and dry. Divide it into small inflorescences and cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes.

While the cabbage is boiling, melt the butter in a hot pan, add flour to it. Keep on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
