  • sweet pepper - 3 kg,
  • ripe tomatoes - 3 kg,
  • bitter pepper - 4 pcs.,
  • garlic - 2 heads,
  • granulated sugar - 5 tablespoons,
  • salt - 4 tablespoons,
  • vinegar 10% - 100 ml,
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you need to prepare the vegetables. Rinse everything and clean. Free the bell peppers from seeds. Cut the tomatoes into small wedges. Pass the peppers and tomatoes through a meat grinder. Pour the resulting mass into a multicooker and simmer for 2 hours.

Step 2

The remaining vegetables, hot peppers and garlic, also crank through a meat grinder. Mix them with salt, sugar, vegetable oil, and vinegar. It is not necessary to free the bitter pepper from the seeds. They will give adjika a sharper taste and aroma.

Step 3

20 minutes before the end of cooking tomatoes, pour the bitter mixture into the multicooker bowl. Stir everything together, close the lid and simmer further.

Pour the prepared adjika into jars and roll up with metal lids.
