This dish, widespread in Italy, is now becoming more and more popular in our country. The main ingredient in risotto is rice, to which you can add a wide variety of foods, from fish to mushrooms.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of rice;
- - 200 g of porcini mushrooms;
- - 100 g shallots;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - 1.5 liters of chicken broth;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of dry white wine;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 50 g of grated Parmesan.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the shallots into small cubes and fry in butter. Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold water several times and add to the pan to the onion. After a few minutes, pour in the white wine and evaporate it completely, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Wash the porcini mushrooms, cut into small slices and add to the pan. Gradually pour in the chicken broth, each time until it has completely evaporated - then the rice will not boil down.
Step 3
Season the finished risotto with salt and pepper. Season with creamy malt and place on bowls. Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan. Serve with dry white wine.
