Indian cuisine is very varied and unusual. Sometimes it simply amazes with the simplicity of preparing delicious dishes. For example, crackers called Shakkar Para are just such a dessert. They are very easy to make. Moreover, they have a delicate taste and wonderful aroma.

- - flour - 1 glass;
- - semolina - 1/4 cup;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - water - 1 glass;
- - sugar - 3/4 cup;
- - coconut flakes - 3 tablespoons;
- - ground cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine wheat flour with the following ingredients: semolina and sunflower oil. Mix everything thoroughly, then add half a glass of warm water there. After kneading the dough, wrap it in plastic and set aside for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
After this period of time has passed, cut the dough into 2 equal pieces. Turn each of them into a flat layer and prick with a fork over the entire surface.
Step 3
Carefully cut the punctured dough into small squares. Put the resulting figures in a pan with a lot of vegetable oil. Fry the future crackers until they are golden brown. Blot the finished cookies with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Step 4
Combine remaining water and sugar syrup in a separate saucepan. Boil the mixture, then cook until its amount is 2 times less than the original.
Step 5
Add coconut flakes and ground cardamom to the boiled syrup. Stir the resulting mixture and add the crackers to the mixture. The cookies should be thoroughly saturated with this mass.
Step 6
Put the treat soaked in syrup on a baking sheet until it cools completely. Shakkar Para crackers are ready!
