A coffee cake cooked in a slow cooker turns out to be very airy, tender and fragrant. If you cook the cake in the oven, then it dries a little, and becomes covered with a crust on top. When cooking in a multicooker, baked goods, on the other hand, do not dry out at all and become so soft that they simply melt in your mouth.

  • - 1 cup of sugar;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • - a bar of milk chocolate;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix eggs and sugar, beat them with a mixer until an airy foam is formed. Then add flour, mayonnaise, slightly softened margarine and knead the dough.

Step 2

Add ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt to the resulting mixture, then mix the entire contents thoroughly until smooth.

Step 3

Dissolve coffee in 1/3 cup of hot boiled water, pour it into the prepared dough and beat with a mixer.

Step 4

Put the dough into a multicooker container greased with butter or margarine, select the “Baking” program and set the cooking time to 1 hour and 20 minutes. After the end of the cooking program, check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick, if it is not baked to the end, then bake it for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

We take out the finished cake from the multicooker using a container-steamer for this purpose.

Step 6

Melt the chocolate bar in a water bath. Decorate the coffee cake with cooked icing and sprinkle it with ground nuts or coconut.
