"Delight" - very satisfying and at the same time light in spring
salad. This salad will become a real table decoration.
It is necessary
- - chicken meat - 200 - 250 g;
- - greens onions - 1 large bunch;
- - parsley - 1 large bunch;
- - eggs - 2-3 pcs;
- - tomato - 1-2 pcs;
- - processed cheese - 1 piece;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the chicken breast and boil in salted water until tender. Let it cool to room temperature. Remove the skin and bones, and cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 2
Hard-boiled chicken eggs. Place in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then peel and cut into cubes or rub on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Sort out onion and parsley greens, rinse, let dry slightly, then finely chop. In separate bowls, mix onion with mayonnaise and parsley with mayonnaise.
Step 4
We wash the tomatoes, dry them with a paper napkin and cut them into small pieces. Put the tomatoes in a separate bowl. It is better to take solid tomatoes, otherwise the pulp will blur.
Step 5
Put in a plate with high sides in layers: the first layer is green onions with mayonnaise, the second layer is chicken, cut into cubes. Layer three - parsley with mayonnaise, Layer four - cubed eggs. We coat the egg layer with mayonnaise. The sixth layer - tomatoes in cubes, which we also coat with mayonnaise. Place the processed cheese in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, then remove the wrapper and rub it on a medium grater. Grated cheese is the last, seventh layer of the salad. You do not need to coat the cheese with mayonnaise. If desired, the salad can be decorated with herbs.
