The idea itself seems unusual to bake muffins not from flour, butter and eggs, but from minced meat, and even with filling. But in fact, the result is a wonderful dish that is perfect for a family dinner, and for treating guests.
It is necessary
- - 750 g of minced chicken or pork;
- - 150 g of stale bread;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 130 g onions;
- - 350 g of mushrooms;
- - 120 g sour cream;
- - 15 g of mustard;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the bread in milk, after it softens, grind it in a blender.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add chopped bread to it and mix thoroughly. Then beat it off properly.
Step 3
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper and fry them in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Divide the minced meat into two halves. Form several small balls from one part of the minced meat, then make a flat cake out of each and put in a special pan for baking muffins.
Step 5
Put the mushroom filling inside each muffin and close the top with minced meat pieces from the remaining half.
Step 6
Stir sour cream with mustard and pour over each mold with this mixture. Then put them in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
