Chicken thighs are a versatile product from which you can prepare an almost endless number of dishes with a minimum amount of additional ingredients. Chicken thighs are delicious with aromatic herbs and tomato sauce.
It is necessary
- - 4 medium sized chicken thighs;
- - a sprig of fresh rosemary and sage;
- - a tablespoon of chopped parsley
- - a forelock of garlic;
- - medium onion;
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 100 ml of white wine;
- - 200 g of mashed tomatoes;
- - sea salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the garlic and onion, finely chop the parsley, sage and rosemary.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic, onion and herbs in it for two minutes. Add the chicken thighs, fry them until golden brown on each side, pour in the wine and let it evaporate a little.
Step 3
Add mashed tomatoes, salt and ground pepper. We reduce the temperature and leave the chicken to simmer in a fragrant sauce for 25-30 minutes. To make sure the meat is ready, pierce the chicken thighs with a fork - if clear juice flows out, then they are ready, if the juice is pink, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
