It is necessary

  • - 4 chicken thighs;
  • - 10 g of corn starch;
  • - 250-300 g cherries (frozen can be used);
  • - 400 ml of dry red wine;
  • - 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar;
  • - 10 g of sugar;
  • - salt and spices to taste;
  • - 20 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the thighs and rub with salt and spices. Grease a baking dish and add the prepared meat. Bake the meat in the oven for 45 minutes.

Step 2

While the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce. Pour wine into a saucepan and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and add your favorite meat seasoning and salt. Boil the syrup until the amount of wine is halved.

Step 3

Then reduce heat, add cherries to syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Use a slotted spoon to catch the berries. Add vinegar to the wine and boil the sauce again. When the wine boils, add starch and butter diluted in water. Stir well and cook until thickened. Put the cherries again in the thickened sauce and mix well. You can now remove the sauce from the stove.

Step 5

Pour chicken thighs with the resulting sauce and serve the dish.
